2. Công việc cụ thể:

• Be responsible to establish a thought-leadership content strategy to drive awareness and engagement, which covers content pillars, approaches, distribution strategy that meets the user’s needs and business objectives.
• Translate strategies into a clear execution plan for various content formats and channels, as well as define the success measurement.
• Build up content production system and process, manage and oversee end-to-end content creation by working closely with in-house teams to deliver thought leadership contents that attract, inspire, and engage the audience on THIENTU platform.
• Working closely with the SEO team in conducting a regular content performance analysis, which will inform iteration in the strategy.
• Be in charge of the content development and distribution for different channels to meet business objectives by working closely with the team.
• Responsible for developing regular content for social media, website and e-mail newsletters.
• Responsible for copywriting and ensuring brand voice resonates throughout all physical and digital material.
• Be responsible for setting a content standard that adheres to best practices and the brand style guide through guideline creation, reviewing, and refining communication materials to ensure content quality.
• Be entrusted to build, manage, coach/mentor, and grow the Content Team.
• Support the Marketing manager in other related initiatives that may be required from time to time.

3. Yêu cầu năng lực/ học vấn/ kinh nghiệm: 

• A passionate content strategist with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in content marketing, B2C or B2B content, or digital content creation and management.
• An experienced content marketer who not only is strong in the editorial aspect but also understands deeply SEO best practices.
• Fluent in spoken English and demonstrates impressive written English and Vietnamese, especially editorial skills.
• A results-driven problem-solver who’s able to strategically connect the business and customers through user-centric content.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (Business, marketing or communications degree is preferred)
