Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic has been one of the greatest challenges faced by businesses across Vietnam. At Thiên Tú, we fully understood that leadership would play a central role in navigating the risks and steering the company through uncertainty. It was up to our leaders to determine the right timing and the right approach to confront the crisis head-on.

As a company at the forefront of the COVID-19 prevention movement, Thiên Tú consistently set clear goals and actionable plans to protect our employees while maintaining stable and sustainable business operations.

Since the beginning of 2021, we have implemented strict and proactive safety measures to ensure the health and security of our team:

1. Daily health declarations and regular updates
2. Disinfection and sanitization of all company premises and project sites
3. Full company-wide communication on the Ministry of Health’s 5K guidance: Masks – Disinfection – No gatherings – Distancing – Health declarations
4. Mandatory temperature checks and hand sanitizing for all employees and guests entering the workplace
5. A ready-to-activate Work From Home (WFH) model, initially introduced in 2020, always in place as part of our commitment to public safety and employee wellbeing

Swift Action During the 2021 COVID Resurgence

In April 2021, when COVID-19 resurged in Ho Chi Minh City with unprecedented intensity, Thiên Tú’s leadership acted immediately, issuing an official announcement to activate remote work for all employees.

Alongside this, care packages and personal notes were sent to employees—small gestures of motivation and encouragement filled with wishes for health, safety, and happiness. This was a clear message of unity: that together, we would stay strong and overcome this difficult chapter.

Thanks to visionary leadership and carefully prepared plans, over 97% of employees worked remotely without disruption to operations. In fact, Thiên Tú's projects continued to run smoothly and efficiently—earning the satisfaction and trust of our partners, even during the most critical phases of the pandemic.

We are proud to share that, to date, Thiên Tú has recorded zero COVID-19 infections among our workforce. This is not just a statistic—it is a reflection of our collective responsibility, resilience, and unity.
