Innovation for Growth – Thiên Tú’s 2022 Business Strategy Orientation

On January 7, 2022, Thiên Tú successfully held the seminar “2022 Business Strategy Orientation – Innovation for Growth”, aimed at encouraging creativity and innovation to help the company leverage its strengths and seize development opportunities in the new year.

At this event, Thiên Tú was honored to welcome key strategic advisors: Dr. Thao DH Ngo (DBA | Dr. Ngô Dương Hoàng Thao), Mr. Van Alex, and Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Lai, along with our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.

The Goal: Innovation for Growth

This workshop served as a strategic guide, emphasizing the importance of innovation, updated business strategies, and continual improvement in service quality for customers in 2022. It is a crucial step for Thiên Tú to seize new opportunities, make breakthroughs, and thrive amid the rapid advancements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4.0).

This was also the core message shared by Mr. Dương Quốc Hùng – Director of Thiên Tú, who emphasized the theme: “Innovation for Growth.”

The Key Challenge in Driving Innovation

So, what is the major obstacle on the path to innovation? Fear of change. As Dr. Ngô Dương Hoàng Thao shared: “Everyone has their own fears. That fear is the biggest barrier preventing both individuals and businesses from evolving.”

The solution lies in not just individual efforts but in a collective mindset shift—overcoming fear, facing challenges, taking responsibility, and committing to shared goals. That’s how we move from being a domestic company to one that competes on an international scale.

Facing Fear, Together

Participants formed groups to reflect and discuss two key points:

  1. Fear isn’t as scary as you think—once you confront and understand it.
  2. How to overcome fear when faced with the challenge of personal transformation.

As managers, the role is to guide team members to become more proactive, creative, and developed in their work. Each group shared real-life examples of fears they and their staff had experienced—fears of difficulty, fear of accountability, fear of failure—and what happened when they couldn’t overcome those fears.

Ultimately, the path forward is to recognize and understand fear. Whether you're a manager or an employee, the first step is honest self-reflection.

Have you truly taken full responsibility for your work?
Have you ever tried to operate at 200–300% of your capacity?
And if, after giving your best effort, you still can't solve the problem—ask for help or be brave enough to say “no” if the task is beyond your capacity.

Don't let fear defeat you. Learn to change and rise above it.
That is the true key to transformation—not only for individuals and teams but for the entire organization.

In both our collaborative efforts and development orientation for 2022, Thiên Tú relies on the collective strength and unity of all employees to achieve the goal of “Innovation for Development.” The seminar concluded on a reflective note, looking toward a visionary future.
