Weathering the Pandemic Together – No One Left Behind at Thiên Tú
The year 2021 brought unprecedented challenges as the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted lives across the globe. Prolonged lockdowns and public health concerns directly impacted business operations, forcing companies to either pause their activities or transform the way they worked—adopting new technologies and models to survive and grow.
Thiên Tú stood among the companies that proactively responded to the unpredictable developments of the pandemic. With the clear vision and sound strategy of our leadership, along with strict adherence to Vietnam’s Ministry of Health's 5K safety guidelines, Thiên Tú continued to sustain and grow. We actively contributed to the government's "dual goals" directive: effectively controlling the pandemic while maintaining stable business operations.

In the face of adversity, Thiên Tú’s Board of Directors firmly upheld one message: “No one will be left behind.”
This was not just a slogan, but a powerful and practical commitment to all employees. Thiên Tú spared no effort to maintain stable monthly income for staff and prioritized support policies for those experiencing difficulties due to the pandemic. The goal was clear: minimize the negative impact of COVID-19, ensure job security, and protect employee well-being.
And in return for this compassion and care, Thiên Tú’s office staff and project teams went above and beyond, working in difficult conditions and dedicating themselves wholeheartedly to the company's continued success.
